Restorative Yoga with Chris Vennard

Open and rejuvenate body, mind, and spirit, rebuild a stress-free inner life and reclaim your natural state of peace and tranquility.

Restorative yoga is a therapeutic style that uses props to support the body, encouraging deep relaxation. Using passive yoga asanas we let our nervous systems shift and enjoy the benefit of true rest. Different from more active styles, we will concentrate on surrendering our weight to supports and softening into the stretches. This helps us to relieve the effects of negative stress encountered in daily life, and can be highly beneficial in times of fatigue, illness, and emotional strain. 

This is an all-levels practice designed to release blocked energy centers, calm the mind and gently open the body; leaving you feeling rested, refreshed, and peaceful. Open to all levels, beginners are welcome. Class size limited.

Join Mary Ward RYT500 for Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). Deep relaxation is the easiest way to access the subconscious. In Yoga Nidra, we use deep relaxation as a means to plant the seed of the sankalpa (intention) to create lasting, meaningful change in our lives.

We will begin with a gentle practice to prepare our bodies for Yoga Nidra. Please bring a blanket.

Join Katie Podralski, founder of Functional Nutrition Fitness as she breaks down the 'mystery' behind the nutrition & fitness industry and introduces the approach to building a sustainable, lifelong foundation and feel your best by feeding not only your physical body, but your energetic and emotional body as well. Finding balance through self-awareness is one of the key methods you will learn about.

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop within 24 hours of its start due to low enrollment.

Payment in full is required at the time of registration for any scheduled event or workshop.

Refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received no later than two weeks prior to the date of the event.

Cancellation and refund requests received no later than seven days prior to the event/workshop start date will receive credit toward another service, workshop, or event.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received fewer than seven days prior to the start date of any event/workshop.
