Summer Empowered Yoga Meditation Class

All sessions are drop-in and include guided instruction in sitting & walking meditation and group discussion.

Strength & Conditioning Principles

You will learn:
• Evolving truths about the human body
• A broader view of your mind and body
• Exercises that will heal and strengthen

Three hour format
• One hour interactive lecture on human movement
• Two hours of application where sweat is required

Who is the workshop for?
• Recent BNB graduates
• Yoga and fitness enthusiast
• Runners and banged up jocks
• Anyone in the human body who has to move on a daily basis
