Workshops foster dialogue and allow our teachers to explain the science and art of mindful movement. We strongly encourage workshop attendance, offered in formats of 60, 75, 90, and 120 minutes, for those who want to elevate their practice.

Members receive complimentary in-house workshops and a 10% discount off all workshops presented by guest teachers.

A Week's End Retreat with Annie Marks

Welcome to Spring! The undeniably most popular season of the year is here. As winter melts into spring, the birds, bees, flowers, trees and human hearts are all nourished by more and more sunlight. We may bask in that sunlight, but often we find ourselves still sluggish from winter, with too much on our plates and seasonal allergies to boot! The wisdom of Ayurveda is here to help us balance the shift of seasons and get us glowing, not sneezing all spring. Spring is also about new beginnings, setting roots that sustain us in summer and fall. This spring, let’s commit to sustaining and thriving- through balance, deep breaths, clean closets and cleansed bodies! We will use Asanas and Oils along with discussion to best ‘map’ out a smooth transition into the season. Please bring an extra blanket to keep warm.

Introduction to Meditation with Amy Griffin

Have you been curious about how meditation can complement your asana practice? In this workshop, Empowered Yoga teacher, Amy Griffin, will give an introduction to basic mindfulness meditation techniques. Our time together will begin with a brief talk on the benefits of meditation, the basic instructions, and guidance on starting a home practice. From there, we will practice sitting and walking meditation, leaving ample time at the end for questions and discussion.

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop within 24 hours of its start due to low enrollment.

Payment in full is required at the time of registration for any scheduled event or workshop.

Refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received no later than two weeks prior to the date of the event.

Cancellation and refund requests received no later than seven days prior to the event/workshop start date will receive credit toward another service, workshop, or event.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received fewer than seven days prior to the start date of any event/workshop.
