Join Johnny Gillespie for an intensive on CrossCore® method and use. Spend time learning the basics and digging a little deeper into how to effectively and efficiently get the most out of our CrossCore® approach to movement. 

There will be instruction and demonstration as well as hands-on use with personal attention to detail. There will be time and space to ask questions and experiment with how to best work the equipment and your body in harmony. Expect to work, and walk away feeling more comfortable using CrossCore® in classes.

A complete map of the Tibetan Buddhist path from beginning to end, as taught by the Vidyadhara Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche. It is based on the teachings presented at the annual three-month meditation and study retreats known as the Vajradhatu Seminaries, which he led every summer from 1973 to 1986. 

We will continue with first volume, The Path of Individual Liberation, which presents the teachings of the hinayana. The hinayana introduces core Buddhist teachings on the nature of mind, the practice of meditation, the reality of suffering, and the possibility of liberation. It examines the nature of suffering, impermanence, and egolessness, with an emphasis on personal development through meditative discipline and study.

Holistic Health - What is it?
Join Ashley Leonetti for the first of a series of health and wellness classes. We will begin to explore the concept for health on a holistic level - taking into account not one, but all aspects of our life and how they work synergistically to make up our whole being. In this class we will introduce the idea of bio-individuality - there is no one size fits all. Awaken our mind and body to the parts of our own life that are out of balance. And develop strategies to allow ourselves to live more in alignment with our goals.

Ashley is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Health Fitness Specialist, and 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor. Ashley holds a BS degree from Virginia Tech in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise, as well as a Health Fitness Certification through American College of Sports Medicine. In 2016 she received her Holistic Health Coaching training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Join our resident Essential Oils expert Danielle Neatherly as she teaches fundamental principles of Essential oils application and practice. Be prepared for a hands on experience, which includes a gentle yoga practice suitable for beginners and all levels and discussion about application for oils. There will be plenty of time for questions and various oils and blends to sample and inquire about. Faith Miller will lead a mindful movement practice as Danielle compliments the postures with application of oils.

Danielle Neatherly (RYT200) has a deep passion for self-care, therapy and recovery. Her first-hand experiences with recovery lead her to discover healing through movement and connection of the body through Running, Yoga and Meditation. She has found her own version of therapy is amplified using Essential Oils to tap into her emotions, help balance them and create space while tapping into the senses.

We reserve the right to cancel any workshop within 24 hours of its start due to low enrollment.

Payment in full is required at the time of registration for any scheduled event or workshop.

Refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received no later than two weeks prior to the date of the event.

Cancellation and refund requests received no later than seven days prior to the event/workshop start date will receive credit toward another service, workshop, or event.

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received fewer than seven days prior to the start date of any event/workshop.
