A Blend of Warming Fluid Asanas to open the body and settle the mind, followed by a series of fully supported restorative poses. Restorative yoga is a still, mindful practice. using variety of props (blocks, blankets, straps and bolsters) it provides full support to the body and encourages passive release. Holding poses longer (3-10 minutes)enables one to deepen mind-body connection. Relax and feel renewed and refreshed physically, emotionally and energetically.
