BNB   Brand New Beginner's Course — This course lays down the foundational points of practicing the Stationary Sequence. A must for all new students. There are 8 sessions in this course and requires pre-registration.
SS   Stationary Sequence — This class is great for beginners who have taken the BNB and want to strengthen and balance their mind and body while developing a strong foundation.
V   Vinyasa — This class takes the principles taught in the Stationary Sequence into a dynamic flow that is physically challenging and spiritually fulfilling!
SM   Sacred Music — Offered in the Vinyasa and Stationary Sequence. Must attend 10 classes in either discipline before attending. Teacher guides you with minimal instruction allowing you to go deeper into concentration while playing uplifting music.
M   Meditation - This class offers beginner's meditation instruction. All levels welcome.
