Now Is Your Time!

We offer Brand New Beginner Programs in both Empowered Yoga and Balanced Athlete. This four-week course is a beginner yoga program that teaches you how to develop a yoga practice.

The power of intention setting

Our programs will improve your posture, alleviate pain, and focus your mind. You will leave your very first class relaxed and energized.  After eight classes, you will understand why we are the leader in the Delaware Valley in teaching the safest, most effective transformational programs.  We strongly encourage everyone new to our studios to attend one or both courses. We also welcome intermediate students to help them deepen their understanding of both the yoga and fitness practices.

The course includes eight classes; attendance in all classes is strongly recommended. The cost is $130 ($115 for seniors and full-time students). All registered BNB students are encouraged to attend other classes at no additional cost.  Empowered Yoga requires pre-registration for the BNB course. You can fill out the new student form at the studio before your first class.

2018 BNB Schedule

How does the BNB course work?

BNB 2018 Schedule for Website.png

Each BNB class builds on the previous one. You will learn all the fundamentals that comprise our methodology. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to receive an orientation to our studios and an overview of our methodology.

You will begin learning positions and movements to strengthen your mind and body as you achieve steadier balance. During the second class, your teacher will guide you through the positions and movements already presented in the first class. Additional positions and movements will then be introduced.  If you miss a class, you may fall behind a bit, but rest assured that our teachers will assist you.

It is important to attend all eight BNB classes in the month in which you have registered. It is also very important that you make an effort to attend additional classes (at no additional charge) during each week.

If you can attend a minimum of 12 classes during the first month with us, you will begin to experience powerful benefits. The remaining six BNB classes will continue to demonstrate and explain positions and movements. The course will enable you to develop a solid foundation upon which you can build a strong practice and a newfound sense of awareness.
